If you’re in Australia you may have caught the first two parts of my new show, My France with Manu, earlier this year. I’m excited to tell you that a few weeks ago we were off once again to shoot more episodes!
It was great to be back in my home country, to see and do so many amazing things, and bring them back to share with everyone in Australia.
I thought you might like a behind the scenes peek of what we got up to this time around, as we traveled from the French alps all the way to the Mediterranean sea.
In the Alps I climbed to the top of Mont Blanc, scary but so beautiful with amazing views of the country.
The fabulous production crew who make everything happen behind the scenes.
We found ourselves mountain biking,
river fishing,
jousting — practicing on land before trying it on a moving boat,
and even cliff diving.
I also did a flying fox across Gorge Du Verdon — the grand canyon of France, went river water rafting in a fetching wetsuit, and experienced Chased by Bulls — a sport they play where there is a piece of string tied between the bull’s horns and you have to try and cut it!
There was, of course, plenty of food along the way too, but you’ll have to catch the show to see the rest!
