Pork Paupiettes is the second of the three cooking demos I held in Melbourne recently with Murray Valley Pork, as part of their Summer Tastes event.
This recipe is one my mum used to make for my sister and I when I was young. Thin pork escalopes are wrapped around a sausage and mushroom stuffing then cooked in a white wine sauce — while there are a couple of steps to this dish, the result is worth it. Et voila!
